HOSA (Health Occupations Students of America) is a Career and Technical Student Organization that allows students an opportunity to explore healthcare careers while building relevant clinical, leadership, and teamwork skills. HOSA students bring classroom learning to life through job shadowing, guest speakers, tours of facilities, and healthcare event competitions. High school and collegiate chapters exist in almost all 50 states, exposing students to medicine and involving them in their communities.

In Montana, there are 16 chapters across the state with over 250 members. The following are 2011-2012 HOSA chapters: Augusta High, Billings Career Center, Bozeman High, Belgrade High, Butte High, Columbia Falls High, CMR High, Great Falls High, Harlowtown High, Helena High, Ronan High, MSU Great Falls COT, Noxon High, Sentinel High, Whitefish High, and the Virtual MT HOSA.
